Carmen Copper Corporation produces copper concentrates. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlas Mining. Carmen has an operating agreement with Atlas with exclusive rights over the in situ mineral resources and ore reserves of Carmen, Lutopan and Biga mineral deposits; collectively known as Toledo copper mine covering an area of 1,674 hectares. The complex is located in West Philippines and can be reached by air or sea.
